§ Mr. LawThe following either were original signatories or have subsequently acceded to the United Nations Declaration: United States of America, United Kingdom, U.S.S.R., China, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, Czechoslovakia, Dominican Republic, Ethiopia, Greece, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Iraq, Luxemburg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Philippine Islands, Poland, El Salvador, South Africa, Yugoslavia.
In addition to the above mentioned, the following have announced acceptance of the principles embodied in the Atlantic Charter: Peru, Venezuela and the French National Committee.
The following have broken off diplomatic relations with the Axis Powers: Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Paraguay, Persia, Uruguay.
