§ Sir A. SinclairThis case has been fully investigated by a court of inquiry. The court found that no more force than was 2497W necessary was used by the station police. In the circumstances, no disciplinary action is called for. The airman concerned has left hospital and is about to be granted leave, pending discharge from the Service.
