HC Deb 24 February 1942 vol 378 c31W
Dr. Little

asked the Minister of Supply whether he will make early arrangements to bring more war work to Northern Ireland, where labour is available, so that men and women while living at home may have the opportunity which they so much desire of helping the war effort to the utmost of their ability?

Mr. Assheton

The possibility of providing more war work in Northern Ireland is engaging the close attention of the Ministry of Supply and the Government of Northern Ireland.
