§ Sir A. SinclairIt is well understood in the Air Training Corps that the issue of overcoats is precluded by the shortage of material, and I am informed by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Production that he is not hopeful that the difficulty can be overcome. The shortage is not restricted to blue cloth.
