HC Deb 11 September 1941 vol 374 cc333-4W
Dr. Little

asked the Home Secretary whether, as formerly arranged, he will instruct passport officials to grant travel permits to Northern Ireland people resident in Britain who wish to return and remain in Northern Ireland for the duration of the war?

Mr. H. Morrison

I do not think that any further instructions are required. I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of the existing regulations which, he will see, make provision for cases of this kind.
