Morris-Jonesasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether, in regard to the suggested intention of his Department to close the present slaughter-house at Llanrwst, in the county of Denbigh, consideration will be given to the recent alterations and improvements carried out to the building by the local authority, to the satisfaction of their sanitary and public health officials and the Welsh Board of Health; and 1300W whether, in view of the inconvenience the closing down of the present facilities will incur, without any apparent advantage to the distribution of meat into and from the Conway valley, every facility will be given to the many interests concerned to state their case before the local tribunal?
