Gowerasked the Secretary of Stale for War whether his attention has been called to a shooting fatality at a camp in Kent where a young soldier was killed while standing near a rifle range and the statement of the coroner at the inquest, a copy of which has been furnished to him, that it was another of those mysteries which are becoming quite common with the Army; and how many of these incidents in the county have been recorded in the last few months?
