Major Lloyd GeorgeTwo sets of menus for British restaurants covering the requirements for a full mid-day meal have been prepared by the Ministry of Food and copies have been distributed to local authorities which have organised British restaurants. In these menus meatless as well as meat dishes have been included and a special set of menus to meet Scottish tastes has also been issued. I shall be glad to provide my hon. and gallant Friend with copies should he so desire.
