§ Dr. Littleasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether, as the potatoes in Northern Ireland are now in excellent condition for processing purposes, and will, as the year advances, deteriorate considerably, he will immediately have factories established there for the manufacture of potato flour?
