§ Captain MargessonThe answer to the first part of the Question is "Yes, Sir." As regards the second and third parts, I am informed that the accounts of the War Organisation of the British Red Cross Society and Order of St. John, which will show donations received for prisoners of war and expenditure under the appropriate headings, are at present being printed and will shortly be available.
