MorrisonThe use of leather waste in the boot and shoe, fertiliser and paper industries is being much extended, 161W but I understand that the bulk of the material on the dumps to which my hon. Friend refers has been there a long time and I am advised that it is doubtful whether more than a small proportion of it is at present usable.
