Mr. Rostron Duckworthasked the Minister of Health whether he has any figures to show the number of slum-condemned buildings which, owing to the shortage of houses, are still being used for tenants; and what was the nature of the response he has had from local authorities to his suggestion that they should use such houses for the purpose so long as there is an acute shortage of available accommodation?
