§ Sir J. AndersonI am informed that no exit permit has been granted to Lady Mosley since the outbreak of the war. I have no information about any visas that may have been granted to her by representatives of foreign Governments, but even if she had been granted such a visa this would not have enabled her to travel abroad without an exit permit.
