§ Mr. Lyonsasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that the tickets issued by railway companies to members of the Forces on leave as fare-paying passengers are at half the ordinary fares; and whether, in view of the fact that monthly tickets are now, and have been for a considerable time, issued at the rate of single fare and a third, he will arrange for these tickets now to be issued at one-half prevailing return rates so that the concession may 458W in fact be a real one on present charges, and not based on old rates?
