§ Sir K. WoodIt is assumed that my hon. Friend refers to persons detained under the provisions of paragraph 18B of the Defence Regulations. In such cases as are referred to by my hon. Friend the Department concerned would consider whether the facts were such as to call for suspension or forfeiture under their existing powers and take action accordingly.
