§ Mr. Hore-BelishaInstructions were issued that premises requisitioned should, as far as possible, be unoccupied premises or those which could be taken over without undue inconvenience to the occupiers.
Additional officers are now being appointed to deal with these questions locally, in close touch with local representatives of other Government Departments and local authorities.
