§ Mr. Manderasked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether he will obtain from the Dominion Governments and publish the communications addressed by them to the League of Nations concerning the applicability of the optional clause of the statute of the Permanent Court of International Justice to disputes arising out of the present war?
§ Mr. EdenThe communications addressed by Dominion Governments to the League of Nations on this subject will no doubt be published in Geneva in accordance with the general procedure of the League. Arrangements will be made for the document containing these communications to be placed in the Library of the House.
