§ Mr. ElliotI would refer to the reply which I gave on the 31st October to the hon. Member for Clackmannan and Eastern (Mr. Woodburn) as to the purchase of suitable vehicles for the emergency ambulance service. Approved expenditure in the acquisition of these vehicles, and maintenance charges in respect of them, will rank for grant under the Air-Raid Precautions Acts 1937.
