§ Mr. ElliotThe Paddington Metropolitan Borough Council have submitted to me a redevelopment plan for the area in question, but I am informed that it is the intention of the council to withdraw432W the plan submitted and make an amended plan.
With regard to the latter part of the question, I have no power which would enable me to require the employment of an architect in addition to the architectural staff in the service of the council.
