§ Sir B. Dorman-SmithThe provision to which the hon. Member refers applies to those farmers who elect to receive wheat deficiency payments. The question whether this provision, which was an important feature of Part 11 of the Agriculture Act, 1937, should be modified, is one which could not appropriately be considered apart from the general review which is now taking place.
