§ Earl WintertonNo, Sir, the Director of Aeronautical Production is an officer of the Department of the Air Member for Supply and Organisation who is himself a member of the Sub-Committee on Supply and who arranges for the attendance of the Director of Aeronautical Production at its meetings as and when required.
