§ Mr. ElliotDraft proposals for air raid general precautions and fire precautions have been informally submitted for consideration by nine and 22 local authorities in Scotland respectively, either separately or in combination. These were all submitted before the draft regulations were circulated to local authorities on the 28th January, and are of varying degrees of completeness.
