§ Mr. ElliotMr. Rees Evans' claims have been brought to my notice, but so far as I am aware he has never disclosed the nature of his remedy. The Cancer Bill does not specify methods of treatment; its purpose is to provide a framework within which it will be possible for local authorities to make arrangements under which every person requiring treatment for cancer will be able to receive the treatment most appropriate to his case.
