§ Mr. ElliotThe Milk (Special Designations) Order, 1936, prescribes a maximum bacterial content for pasteurised milk before delivery to the consumer, and I am advised that the method of counting laid down by the Order is reasonably suitable. It is for the licensing authority under the Order to take steps to secure compliance with the prescribed standard.
