§ Mr. Manderasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will give an assurance that in any negotiations that take place with Germany no agreement will be arrived at that will be in any way inconsistent with our obligations under the Covenant of the League of Nations, the Pact of Paris, and to the French Government?
