§ Mr. ElliotI have no information regarding notices sent to the tenants of the property at 155, On Street, Glasgow, and I have no power to intervene in a matter of this kind. Any question as to the right of the owner of a house to obtain possession thereof can, in the event of dispute, be determined only by the courts.
