§ Mr. H0RE-BELISHAMy decision not to confirm the order for a speed limit of 20 miles per hour on the two roads mentioned by the hon. Member was communicated to the Wimbledon Borough Council on the 9th July. Before arriving at this decision, I took all relevant facts, including the number of accidents, into account.
