§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAMy hon. Friend will find in Table 57 of the recently published 75th Annual Report of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue (Cmd. No. 4196) the latest available information regarding the classification of Surtax incomes in zones of income. The statutory income for the year 1932–33 forms the basis of assessment for the Surtax payable on the 1st of January next and the general assessment of this income will not take place until next autumn.
