§ Major ELLIOTI regret I am unable to give the information asked for by my Noble Friend. From such information as the Ministry has been 'able to obtain, it appears probable that in 1932, when, however, there was an exceptionally small crop of English cider apples, approximately half the fruit used for cider-making in this country was imported from abroad.
