§ Mr. EDENI shall be glad to show my hon. Friend the report published by the Chinese Government Board of Trustees for the year 1931. I am endeavouring to obtain further copies and will place one, if procurable, in the Library of the House. The report referred to contains, in addition to certain regulations issued by the Board of Trustees, particulars of the loans made by the Board.
