§ Captain EDENIn accordance with precedent, my Noble Friend proposes to 1093W issue a White Paper in due course dealing with the work of the Assembly, in which mention will be made of the discussions on the Manchurian situation. As regards the last part of the question, no special steps have been found necessary in the interests of British nationals or property in Manchuria, but the position is being carefully watched.
