§ Sir H. BETTERTONI assume my hon. Friend refers to certificates of exception from unemployment insurance. Approximately 1,480 bodies hold such certificates. If employers' and employés' contributions at the adult rate were paid in respect of all persons excepted under these certificates, the annual total would be about £2,000,000. I am afraid I could not justify the labour involved in preparing it a nominal list of the bodies concerned.
