§ Mr. GREENWOODThe last inspection of the mental wards at this hospital was made by a Commissioner of the Board of Control in April last. The report dealt generally with the character of the accommodation for mental patients, and I forwarded a copy to the city council, who, I understand, have the matter under consideration.
