§ Mr. LANSBURYThe matter raised by my hon. Friend is not one which falls within the province of my Department, but I understand that if hon. Members who wish to make use of the Westminster free libraries, make application at any of the Westminster Public Libraries, arrangements will be made by which they may become members.
