§ Mr. LANSBURYThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. A scheme has now been agreed with the occupying departments which will remedy the conditions of which complaint has been made, and it is expected that the reconditioning and the reallocation of the premises will be put in hand at an early date.
