§ Earl WINTERTONThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, and to the second that there have been divergent decisions as to the criminality of such publications. Steps are being taken to obtain another decision from one of the High Courts concerned, and if necessary thereafter the question of amending the law will be considered.
