Member is referring to the Commission which is to decide, in accordance with the Protocol signed in Geneva in February, 1925, when the signatory countries have ensured the effective execution of the necessary measures to prevent the exportation of raw opium from their territories from constituting a serious obstacle to the reduction of consumption in the countries where the use of prepared opium is temporarily authorised. My Noble Friend has not received any communication from the League of Nations regarding this Commission, and cannot say when it is to begin its investigations.
