§ Earl WINTERTONI can give only an estimate of the initial annual cost, which is likely to be between 60 and 70 lakhs of rupees. This will be met from Indian revenues. The hon. Member will find further details, including various proposals for redistribution of charges which make it difficult to give a more exact estimate at the present stage, in the Report of which a copy has been placed in the Library.
