§ Earl WINTERTONMilitary service in British India is voluntary. The warrant officers, non-commissioned officers and men of the units of the British Army serving in India are attested under the British Army Act, and those of the Indian Army under the Indian Army Act which applies throughout British India. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of the Indian Act.
