§ Earl WINTERTONMy Noble Friend the Secretary of State has seen the comments from certain quarters in India to which the hon. Member refers in the first part of his question. The Royal Commission includes four Indian members. Its constitution received most careful consideration, and my Noble Friend is not prepared to recommend any addition to its personnel.
