§ Major ASTORUp to the 2nd May, local authorities have submitted 1,096schemes under Part III. of the Housing Act, including proposals for the acquisition of sites. The Board have also before them six uncompleted schemes under Part I. of the Act, and they are aware that other schemes under Parts I. and II. are in course of preparation by local authorities.
