HC Deb 14 November 1918 vol 110 c2903W
Colonel WEDGWOOD

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether the non-commissioned officers and men of the Territorial Force, including the Territorial Force Reserve, who were embodied under Army Order 281 of 1914, and who signed an agreement to serve outside the United Kingdom, are to be allowed to count embodied service in the ranks, including service with the Navy, Regular Army, and Royal Air Force, twofold as qualifying service for the Territorial Force efficiency medal?

Mr. MACPHERSON

Yes, Sir. The necessary directions were published as a special Army Order on the 9th October last, a copy of which I am sending my hon. and gallant Friend.
