With the leave of the House, a Statement on regional referendums will be repeated some time after four o'clock this afternoon. The Statement will be repeated by my noble friend Lord Rooker. The Statement will come after four o'clock because there is an earlier 901 business statement in the Commons which sets it back. That is why we are taking it later than we normally would.
