11 Insert the following new Clause—

"The Hunting Tribunal

(1) There shall be a Hunting Tribunal.

(2) Schedule (The Hunting Tribunal) (which makes provision about the Tribunal) shall have effect.

(3) The Lord Chancellor may make rules—

  1. (a) regulating the exercise of a right to appeal or apply to the Tribunal;
  2. (b) about practice and procedure in relation to proceedings before the Tribunal."

11A The Commons disagree to this Amendment for the following reason—

Because it is consequential on Amendments 1 to 10 to which the Commons have disagreed.

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do not insist on its Amendment No. 11, to which the Commons have disagreed for their reason numbered 11 A. I have spoken to this amendment with Amendment No. 1.
