§ Lord Davies of OldhamMy Lords, I beg to present a Petition from Mr. Roger Viggers which prays that this House will call upon the Secretary of State for Social Security to backdate the war pension of Roger Viggers who, following a serious accident, was discharged from the Army in 1976 but did not receive a war pension until 1995.
