§ Lord Lester of Herne HillMy Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to incorporate Section 1 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms agreed by the Council of Europe at Rome on 4th November 1950 and the First Protocol to that convention into the law of the United Kingdom; and for connected purposes.
