My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Lindsay, I beg to introduce a Bill to enable the Secretary of State to dispose of his crofting estates and certain other property of his in the crofting counties to approved crofting bodies; and for connected purposes. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
