§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)My Lords, before the commencement of business, I take the opportunity to inform the House that I am to visit the County Court at Telford and will officially open the Telford Land Registry on Friday, 14th February. As these arrangements were made before it was known that this House would be sitting on that day, I trust that the House will agree to grant me leave of absence for Friday, 14th February.
