§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)My Lords, before the commencement of business, I take the opportunity to inform the House that I am to visit the judges and staff at Staines and Slough County Courts on Friday 7th June, 1991. Accordingly, as these arrangements were made before it was known that this House would be sitting on that day, I trust that the House will grant me leave of absence for Friday 7th June.
