§ Lord Brabazon of TaraMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 12 and 13 en bloc. I shall speak also to Amendments Nos. 18 and 33.
All these amendments concern the facilities for the collection of tolls, which are to be exempt from the business rate and for which land may be purchased compulsorily.
